As long-time Winter Haven residents, my family and I make a point to support the businesses in our community, which is why our experience at this Zaxby’s on February 6, 2026, was so disappointing. I called in and spoke with Mr. Carlo Rodriguez very professional extremely kind easy to talk to and understood what I was saying right off the bat as I ordered for Delivery he needs to definitely to be given a raise is hard to call in because I understand, Within fast food, it could be difficult but to manage it as he did and take care of it as he did, I appreciate him and I’m so glad to have had the opportunity to speak with him again he needs a raise. Love the food but, it's absolutely amazing how everytime my husband and I order meals, we never receive our second drink without a fight. Who pays for two meals with the upcharge for the larger drink sizes to only get one drink? Makes no sense how counting is difficult.
