I placed an order through the drive-thru at this location tonight, and my total came to $25.54. I handed the associate at the window $25.60 in cash, but my $0.06 change was never returned, nor was I given my receipt. Before driving off, I asked for some Zax Sauce. The young lady at the window asked if any sauce was already in my bag. I checked and confirmed there was not. There is, unfortunately, always some problem when I go here. Order wrong, something missing. It turns what could be a pleasant meal into a stressful experience. I avoid going here for this reason.
