The food always comes out good and fresh but the attitude of the workers at this location is awful at this point idk if it’s management but the two years I’ve come to this location all of our drive thru experiences have been terrible they get attitude they get nasty and it’s unprofessional I know people have bad days but every time we come we have an issue with workers and them being pissy about having customers but for two years and lord knows how many different employees we’ve encountered it’s ridiculous every time we come... read more
(This report happened Aug 12 2025) I’m not one to fish for issues or even leave reviews but I eat here a lot and so I decided to check their inspection results. Mind you this was a pass . 7 violations, inspector noted dead flies in the trap near the dish washer area. Other violations on areas that don’t have food contact were noted but the most concerning and why I won’t be eating here again until reports improve is this intermediate violation. Went through drive thru and had to wait like 20 mins for my food. Very slow.
Food is horrible
This is the worst Zaxby’s ever!!! Every time I give them another chance they are rude and nasty!! I placed an order through the app and the food was not good. The chicken was dry and chewy the fries were cold. The drive thru worker “couldn’t hear me” then, when I got to the window, I noticed she had an earbud no wonder she couldn’t hear me .
