Perfect example of what Zaxbys should be! Most Zaxbys places have gone way down hill. However, this place takes me back to 2013 Zaxbys. When it used to be 🤙
They just cannot get it together. I order online for pick up in store so I don't have to wait, but when I get there, I have to wait an extra 5 to 10 mins because they accidentally bumped off my ticket. I've work at Zaxbys before so I know how this job works and how easy it is. I've had multiple negative experiences here, but I keep coming back because there's hardly anything else around here.
