Its an issue every single time. Gaurnteed you're waiting 20 mins , even when theres no other customers. Gaurnteed theres going to be something missing or wrong with your order. And you can 100% gaurntee you'll get attitude when you have to go inside to get your food, or complain. At this point the only reason I even come here is because thats what my kid decided they wanted to eat, and even then they still cant correctly make an order. We waited 30 minutes for our food and it was warm. People that ordered after us got their food first.
Absolutely delightful experience tonight! We pulled in the drive thru around 8:30 p.m., and the young lady who took our order was friendly, polite and repeated my order to make sure she had it. When we got to the window, she greeted us with a smile and asked if we wanted our five drinks in a cup holder. I told her we didn’t need a cup holder, and she proceeded to give me each drink one at a time specifically telling me what drink was in each cup so we didn’t have to guess (much appreciated to eliminate that issue!). This is no longer a customer service issue this is a serious security and operational failure that requires immediate intervention from district or corporate leadership. I have visited this Zaxby’s location multiple times, and there is a consistent pattern of unacceptable behavior that cannot be ignored. First, despite the store being completely empty (no cars in the parking lot, no line in the drive-thru), I am always instructed to pull forward and park for curbside pickup, resulting in 15–20 minute wait times.
