When we walked in there were employees just sitting at the tables scrolling on their phone. They weren’t very friendly/ kind. Our food was extremely soggy and just overall not good for the price or portions. I am very disappointed and had higher expectations
We were traveling and ordered online for dining in. Arrived 20 minutes later. They didn’t have our order. It finally came through and it took about 25 more minutes to receive it. There were others before waiting for their orders too. Our table was dirty as were lots of tables. My daughter asked for napkins to clean. A lady worker came out and cleaned 1 table that we learned was her friend’s table. I love zaxbys I always go with my friends, I went late at night around 9 pm and over heard a worker I’m assuming a shift lead yelling at a fellow employee for making a mistake. it was displeasing to hear them get yelled, and it dragged on way too much. I get some mistakes set a team back, but everyone makes mistakes and it could have been handled better.
