Ordered lunch for the office… no napkins, no straws, no silverware for my salads… they forgot one salad and we had to go back… thanks for extra straws from the other restaurant and napkins from our office… and there was only 3 ppl working in the store during lunch hour… :( booooo!!!!
Pull up to the drive-thru today Saturday October 11th around 1:35ish Wait it no one took my order No one said anything Then I spoke and then they said wait a minute we'll be right with you I told him never mind there was no one in front of me no one in back of me and no one waiting at the window why do I have to wait That's very unacceptable I hope corporate sees this and I hope they're reading these comments because this should not happen at all and I'm handicap so I'm not coming in.
This guy loves zaxby’s
This place is usually great and go there a lot but one time the staff forgot all sauces and one of the fries was completely frozen on the inside
