Smelly standing water between the drink machines with no attempt to clean it up...very hazardous. One Freestyle machine was broken and inoperable, the other Freestyle machine was out of most drink selections. Cleanliness has been a reoccurring concern with this location both in the dining area and restrooms. This is the lowest quality Zaxby's location I've ever experienced.
Wings were small and overcooked to the point of shriveled leather, boneless wings not much better, soda machine out of everything except for Fanta and ginger ale. Something around the soda machine was leaking a large area on the floor and the floor had a large puddle. Asked for refund and they did give us one and was kind when doing so. The 3 stars for service was for the nice blonde haired lady that helped with refund. (If it was only her that we dealt with the entire time it would have been higher stars.
First time visiting and order salad and I guess they thought i should eat with a knife and order tenders and no Zack sauce.
Ordered $40 worth of food online. I had to go back twice because they left out sauces. Just to find out they left out almost all the extras ordered. Being honest, the food was terrible. When I asked about the sauces whoever was in the back just threw the 8 ounces to the girl up front. I didn't put on your application, go to your interview, and accept your job. If you hate reading and comprehension that much. Then maybe you should find a job that doesn't deal with the public.
