Crappy at giving you what you ordered
I visited the Zaxby’s on Julian R Allsbrook Hwy in Roanoke Rapids, NC, and the experience was honestly unacceptable. The biggest issue was the restroom. The moment I walked in, there was a puddle of urine on the floor, flies flying around the toilet, and toilet paper overflowing from the trash can and scattered all over the floor. Not good. Cashier had an attitude because we wanted to change our sandwich to spicy (before we had paid) and she couldn't figure out how to do it. Most of the drinks were not available. Only one of us got fresh chicken. The rest tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. Bathroom was not well maintained. Won't be back to ANY Zaxbys anytime soon after this experience.
