This was the second time we've gone to this Zaxbys while traveling. The 1st time we waited for about 40 mins foe our food. This time, it was a 23 minute wait for 2 orders of food. Staff looked like they weren't prepared and had no leadership. Food wasn't horrible but the fryer oil was old.
Slowest service I’ve ever experienced
Cold food and burnt toast.
