Strange operation. Only allows drive through in the middle of the day (no signage indicating this). Mobile app ordering fails when you try to checkout here.
I placed an order through their app, then about 20 minutes later went through the drive through to pick it up. I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes before getting my food. Once I received the food, the chicken tenders reeked of cigarette smoke and tasted horrible. I won't be visiting this location again.
Workers are nice but my God are they slow as heck.
I sure would like to speak to the franchise owner of this location - they are probably bleeding money at this location and wondering why.. I’d love to tell them. I tried to give the restaurant my business tonight, but unfortunately the employees decided to all go on break and turn off all the lights. Not making this up. Reach out and I’ll be glad to give you the details.
Wait times are RIDICULOUS. I ordered an hour ago and I have been waiting my entire break for my food. You can’t walk in the store they are only taking online or drive thru orders but they don’t answer the phones and drive thru wait times are about 20 minutes per car. New management is needed ASAP
