Pulled up at 9pm was told they only had boneless wings. Nothing else. No sides no drinks. Like. At that point you should just be closed. Chicken tasted old or was fried in old oil. I wouldn’t bother.
I have been coming to this zaxbys for lunch in one way or another regularly for over 10 years, making me a routine recurring customer. I have seen the quality of service deteriorate significantly, especially in the past few months. Today I decided to make this review because an employee was rude to me. Waited 15 minutes for a 12 dollar salad only to have the chicken be severely undercooked. This isn't 2010, the prices are too high for this to happen. Please don't come here.
The cost is around 10$ per person. The food (3 nibblers) tasted great and was filling. The interior looks fancy and beautiful and little things like the prices not being updated (3 dollars off) ruin the vibe.
