I love zaxbys and my grandson Lance works there
For as long as I waited in that drive thru I just knew my food was going to be fresh and hot ....I was completely wrong and disappointed it was the worst I've seen from any zaxby restaurant the fries were extremely old everything was slammed and smashed in the container I was actually kind worried to eat it I just threw it away didn't even bother to go back for a measley refund you don't ever have to worry about me going here ever again.
Went through the drive-thru and met Sarah! An amazing team member and experience. Would definitely go back to this location. Food was hot and I had all my sauces.
