inside to see my food sitting on the counter. I pick it up and it’s all cold. The wonderful lady in the front proceeds to go you want it fresh or what? I tried to explain why I was upset it was cold. She cut me off and said fresh or not. I said sure. She snatched the bag out of my hand and threw and I mean throw across the room in the trash. Absolutely sucked! For about a year now they have been closing 30 minutes before the actual closing time, and never have what you asked for. The past 3 times I’ve been they have told me I can’t order, and they are out of chicken. I’m someone who loves zaxbys and this has gotten out of hand. I’m not happy about it at all. The workers have gotten lazy.
They say they are open till 11:00 but the past 5 times I’ve been there around 10:00 and they either just won’t take our orders or say they are out of almost everything on the menu. This is the lazy fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. It use to not be that but has been like this for the past year or so.
Was hoping this place would improve. Stay away from this location. Wrong orders all the time. If this place had better supervision preventing the employees from playing grab ass in front of customers, it may survive. Will start going to Chick-fil-A.
