I placed an order online. When I got home, I discovered part of my order was missing. I had to go back to Zaxbys with my order to get the rest of my order. Check your orders before you leave the parking lot. My food was cold and dinner was late.
Waiting 23 minutes for food prep of a small order is way too long and unacceptable.
On 08/21/25 @ 12:01 With this establishment you have to drive up to a person standing outside under a tent. The person under the tent never acknowledged me and she was on her cell phone. So I bypasses her and went to the intercom. She proceeded to not take my order and instead take the order for the car behind me. If the employee would have stayed off of her phone, she would have saw me trying to order food. Very unprofessional
