Everytime I come to this location it's wrapped around the building with cars. This morning they were not open like they were suppose to be. I came 30 minutes after the open,no one answered me when I tried to place a order after 5 mins of waiting I pull to the window,I said are yall not open she said yeah we just still setting up. She takes my order has me pull down. I usually don’t have an issue with this location, but ate here today and now I have food poisoning.
Worst Zaxbys ever! They have been going up on prices, and not to mention they got someone outside taking payment instead of giving others the opportunity to pull of if the line is not moving, I literally paid as soon as I pulled up and each car infront of me took literally 20 minutes for each car to get there food! Unprofessional and for slow service, one time I pulled up to the drive thru to get my food, they made me come in
