My big zax snack we fresh and hot very clean place
Every time I come here, the customer service is poor. The people that take orders in the drive thru are great, but at the window, they have bad attitudes. The staff continually provide old food unless you ask for fresh food. I stopped coming to this location because of this, and I decided I’d try again today. Well I tried the lemon pepper chicken strips and they were fresh, but the fries were hot, but tasted old. I went inside and asked for fresh fries. We as humans can't afford to just throw away money and when you pay for something, you expect just that. On July 5 2025 I visited this location and purchased 2 Cobb salads with extra egg. It is late so I was trying to get home. Well once home and ready to eat neither one of my salads were correct but like I said it's late so going back is not an option either. Terrible service and the food was really bad, I’m 100% sure the food they gave me was from the day before, the fries were stiff and cold and the chicken tasted horrible, I ordered two plates with salad and they didn’t give me the salad either, unfortunately I was already at work and I had to throw away the food
