Good fast food restaurant.
The shrimp was nearly burnt and the fries were cold and the sweet tea wasn't sweet, and despite numerous advertisements and shakes returning, they haven't returned to Calera Zaxby's ☹️
After eating my food and finishing my water I went to chew on some ice and noticed a hair in my cup after removing the lid. I’d ask for a refund if I hadn’t already came home to eat
Regarding 20 piece chicken fingers...on more than one occasion the 20 piece chicken fingers have been really dark in color as if cooked in re-used burnt cooking oil...taste is not good...reported it before to customer service...I DO NOT WANT A food discount...just want them to resolve the problem...have to drive to Alabaster to buy the product which is a family favorite..My family really enjoys the chicken fingers but uneasy about dark (burnt taste) chicken...I feel like oil is being reused over & over for this to happen..No... read more
