Food was good but all my Zaxby's sauces were spoiled and had a horrible taste to them.
Eat here all the time, and it's almost always great. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing because every Zaxby's sauce I received was spoiled and tasted awful. The rest of the food was good, though.
Service was a bit slow due to staffing and number of drive-thru orders, but friendly and efficient. Got a signature sandwich meal and fried pickles - both were very good! Chicken was thick and tender with a nice crust, and the pickles and Zaxbys sauce went great with it. The fried pickles had a cornmeal crust, which surprised me but gave a great texture and crunch.
First-time ordering through the app. Received free tenders. Food ready promptly with no issues. Friendly staff
