Not a single person in line, less than 5 cars in the parking lot. At the drive thru I hear "I'll be with you in just one moment". Why? No one in front of me, hardly anyone in the restaurant. There is absolutely no excuse for this laziness. If you can't run a restaurant, CLOSE it. Imagine driving up to a window at Pals and being told "I'll be with you in just one moment". It is a shame when a local restaurant can serve customers in a more timely manner than a national chain who doesn't get nearly the same amount of business. ... read more
