Overall it was a good experience, and the food is always good. But I might be a little biased because Zaxby's is my favorite chicken haha. But I've genuinely never had a bad experience. The only reason I give it 4 stars on service and atmosphere, is because it's usually pretty loud (between the music and the people) and difficult to hear the cashier, and vice versa. But they've always gotten my order right and it's always been a pleasant experience otherwise.
First the prices were insane but aside from that the trays were sticky on the bottom, the counters needed wiped down, the workers were more interested in each other than the customers, the tables were not cleaned off and my salad was just thrown together and they did not ask if we wanted any condiments like ketchup or ranch. The iced tea containers were emptied before they closed. So disappointed as it was once a very clean well run establishment.
The assistant manager at 2:30 pm on Sunday the 17th of August needs someone to talk to her about her yelling at her employees. She needs a attitude adjustment and she is not helping your business...Especially when custo.ers are present.. Please take note of this action that she is doing.
I've been going to this Zaxbys every Sunday evening for years! One of the simple pleasures in my life. The food is wonderful, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick!
