2025 update: it's been three years since I was at Zaxbys, came through the drive-thru at 9:30 last night. They didnt give me three things that I ordered and paid for. Too late to go back because they were closing. Probably not going to return. Safe because the food is good. This was a good fast food restaurant, the quality was good and the staff were always high quality and my order was always accurate. Today I was rung up by Dee on her very first day! She is going to be a great cashier for you guys. She smiled, got my order right the first time, and was such a delight. Her trainer was fantastic as well! I saw her touring the lobby with Dee showing her areas of attention and ensuring all products were stocked. Keep it up ladies!
