I've kept coming because when done right it's my favorite chicken place! Unfortunately, I can't remember the last time my order was complete and/or correct. Tonight I got boneless "wings" instead of the traditional I ordered and the kids meal only had 1 tender with very few undercooked french fries. I did get all the extra sauces I paid for this time though.
Ordered online to pick up at a certain time. My husband got there early and it had been sitting for 30 minutes. Food was cold, first time ive had this issue w this location.
