Food is good but costumer service needs work, real bad, I get if you cant help a costumer because your doing other things but dont say "sorry I cant help you" get someone who can help me, dont say I cant help and walk off and the people who taking the orders have attitudes, if you did not want to come to work today than you shouldn't have came.
Food was cold, order a signature sandwich and it look like it was made earlier. Order wings and things and got a hand full of fries and chicken tenders and wings are cold.
Absolutely horrendous service at the drive thru. $45 order and they left off a kids meal, a snack meal, 2 drinks, and every sauce. I had to argue with the employee who made it clear that I was an inconvenience. Ended up giving up and left without everything I paid for. Save your self the trouble and go across the street.
