I love Zaxbys ! Good price, good service, and good food.
We ordered the Wings&Things meal and an extra ranch and zax sauce. The register lady rang us up wrong, but we didn’t realize til we got the food 52 minutes later. Checked the receipt, and I went up there. The director was there trying to fix the mess that was causing the restaurant to run slow. I got charged another $6 to match the price. Went through the drive thru a few days ago, was given the wrong order. I ordered a 6 chicken finger plate tossed in buffalo sauce, got 3 fingers tossed in BBQ sauce but was charged over $15. Not even the first bad experience but was the most frustrating.
