Stood in line while a guy who was off the clock and the man running the register flirted.. then they look and say oh are you waiting? as if i wasn’t in line.. why else would i be standing there? anywho horrible service they didn’t even take my order the cashier guy said “oh i think i can take ur order”, like what sense does that make you shoulda been taking orders not flirting with ur coworkers
I love Zaxbys but Time and time again this specific location takes forever to get their food out. Past 2 years have been terrible when it came to getting food. Iv been in the line and store for over 30 minutes multiple times.(dose not matter what time of day) Don’t come here if you are looking to get a quick bite to eat. Takes forever and the workers are not polite in any means.
I placed an order on the Zaxby's app at 5:50 PM and was told it would be ready in 9 minutes. This is the fifth time in a month I've been here and used the app. Not only did I find the doors to the place locked when I arrived, but I went thru the drive thru and initially received half of my order. The chick at the drive thru window asked me why I was still there at the window and told her I ordered two of the same meal. I showed her the order on my email and she says "I can't read that.
