Good food but they made the salad smaller than other zaxbys.
I made a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. Well i was asked 3 times what my name was. Either they don’t pay much attention or they just don’t give a damn. Then i got the food, the fries were hard (as usual) and the sandwich was put together by a 2 year old. Disappointed? Yea of course. But I’ve come to expect that of the Inman Zaxbys. When they 1st opened they were great!! Now ugh, not even close.
4/1. Tuesday. Observed the manager and another girl remove the tea urns from the dining room between 8:30 and 8:40. This is ridiculous. I love tea as so do many other customers.. It doesn't take that much time to clean a tea urn. I will not return.
