I've tried this location a few times over the past couple years. Awful every time. Order is always wrong, food is always stale, & they seem to be afraid of seasoning.
This restaurant is one of the worst! Not only did they screw up my family's order. When called to let them know they left us on hold for over 20 minutes. I paid extra for the new dry rub that wasn't on the chicken tinder but the chicken I received was the smallest piece of chicken I had ever seen. Tell me how this was almost 10 dollars worth of food. We won't be back until things change!
Every time I stop here, its a great experience! They're quick to take your order, and the food comes out quickly. Everything is done right, and the Zax Sauce just takes it to the next level!
I never understood working a customer service job but lack customer service. Who ever is taking orders at the drive thru needs an attitude readjustment. I was trying to be polite because they're dealing with my food, but the next time I will not be so pleasant. Same goes for the cashier!
