Mrs Donna is always super kind when my teammates and I come in for lunch ! Taylor always makes sure we have a clean atmosphere! Overall Cre and the entire kitchen crew is amazing 🤩
We have ate at this location quite a few times. We went in December and the food was fine. However the dining room was just messy as hell. Practically every table was dirty and all the drink containers were empty. This is my favorite part of the evening….my wife went to the counter to get a to-go box since she didn’t eat all of hers. zax is one of my favorite fast food spots! good price for the amount you get (ex) got the v bonless asian zensation sings (10/10) seasoned fries (8/10) cheese curds (10/10) havent ever eaten in so cant give staff review. but food is amazing
all mines have been ones and twos simply because customer service is lousy and people do not know how to get the order right dealing with their food. I’ve come in here on numerous occasion and have stayed in line for approximately 10 minutes or better employees walking around on their cell phones gossiping, but nobody tending to the customer. It needs better customer service.
Drive thru $50 order, cold, missing a sandwich, missing pickles on “signature” sandwiches. Never again.
