The zalad was great! Sweet tea great as always. Penny was great and fixed an issue.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Zaxby’s. I was served egg rolls that were clearly burnt and should never have been given to a customer. As the attached photo shows, one of the egg rolls was blackened and charred to the point that it split open, exposing burnt filling inside. The second egg roll was also noticeably overcooked.
