One car ahead of me in the drive through and we waited 35 minutes for our order. Seriously hire more employees that is insane!!

I bought a $23 10-finger lemon pepper, with regular fries and a bread pack (3-pcs) with two sauces for bread and two ranch. The tenders quality was fine BUT the lemon pepper seasoning was at times overpowering and just too much everywhere else. I had not eaten since awakening at 7:00 a.m. and I was really hearing. Love it yummy
I went through the drive thru and had to pull to the side parking spaces along with 5 other people ahead of me. When I finally got my food after 20 minutes the same girl that took my order was the very one to bring out all other orders before mine. I asked where the manager was and why no one was helping her get orders out but was told she didn't want to bring out he orders to help because it too hot.
