I arrive at 9:45. Waiting in the drive thru and finally got to the box at 9:55. There weren’t that many cars. Lady told me that she couldn’t take my order because it was too late. Check the cameras. There were 3 more cars behind me. They don’t close until 10:00 pm. You can give service to the costumers.. smh
I ordered a surf and turf and was only given shrimp and they forgot my chicken. The order itself tasted horrible. The shrimp was crazy salty and the fries were not fully cooked and tasted raw in parts. I asked for an upgrade on my drink which was met with a bit of an attitude and then the drink itself tastes terrible. There wasn’t enough syrup in the soda at all. This location used to be great and something has definitely changed. Will not be going here again.
Unfortunately, after a year of deliberately avoiding this location for bad service, I took a chance and visited. The WORST experience ever in a Zaxby's restaurant. It was a drive-thru order which included 2 types of cola, when I got to the window the young lady handed me the first drink, I asked which is this one since it wasn't marked... she stated, "I don't know, I didn't make it", looking dumbfounded I asked can you remake them so that we know which drink we're getting, she handed it to someone behind her... now she hands... read more
