I went there 2 days in a row and the food was great both times. Atmosphere was also great but on one occasion I stood and waited for my sandwich meal for approximately 10 minutes while they pumped out at least 10 pickup orders and 5 drive thru window orders. I finally had to ask the girl at the register a third time when my food would be ready and all of a sudden the cook guy threw my order up there like he was pissed off about it. Computers went down as we were placing our order. At least 9 customers had to leave.
Take out order was wrong. Got home (20 minutes away), to find out that half my order was wrong. Tried calling the store to receive refund and automatically defaults to a busy signal.
They gave my food to the wrong person
