Absolutely Unacceptable Service – Zaxby’s Franklin, NC This location is a complete joke. Every single sign on the building clearly says they open at 11:00 AM. I showed up after 11:00, parked, and made multiple trips to the door… still locked. Meanwhile, the store was FULL of employees inside just standing around. The past three times I have been I have had to wait at least 15 minutes on my food. The first time there was literally nobody in line so I'm not sure why I had to wait. The second time I guess they got hit with a traveling basketball team. I don't know. And then tonight the third time they either had a wedding or an Amish convention going on inside. Seeing a lot of people say it takes 45 minutes to get their order, ITS THE TRUTH. Poor service, poor customer service and poor food quality. Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I left the house, still ended up waiting 45+ minutes for food & no it wasn’t fresh. Just a bunch of lazy people.
