Placed an order through the online app for drive through. When I arrived at the drive through I was told my order wasn't ready and was asked to park in curbside parking. Several minutes after my order pickup time I walked inside to inquire about the order and the employee pointed to my order sitting on the pickup table inside the restaurant. They never brought the food out to us. Now we have cold food.
