We come here atleast twice a week but I’ll drive an extra 20 minutes from now on to go to a different zaxbys. Every time we leave my son asks me why are they so mean? Honestly idk but it’s always disgusting attitudes from the same two girls at the window
I had an issue last night that left me very upset and resulted in me leaving a complaint on the website. Not only did the General Manager call me to resolve the issue, he offered a replacement meal for the problems experienced. Jaelyn (I apologize for misspelling his name) and Caesar both took care of my problem and validated my perspective on the experience. This is how customer service should be, and I appreciate their understanding in the matter.
Shout out to Jaylon and Janashia and Taylor. They were great. Very courteous. Gave me excellent service. 10/10 would recommend
I believe that there trying to cut corners on their shakes and frys ! So sad
