Talk about great customer service! Best Zaxbys around for sure. Manager is great, he walked the dining room asking if we needed anything else. I haven't seen that in a fast food restaurant ever.

Second tome I ordered extra tomatoes and cucumbers and got less than what normally comes with it. Called the store several times and no one answered.
I had ordered one of there new wraps with no tomatoes, and a 6 piece tenders tossed in Nashville hot, my wrap had tomatoes and I can’t eat them and the wings weren’t tossed and was only 4 tenders, I called to talk to a manager 3 different times, the first time I was put on hold for 8 mins and someone hung up on me and the two times after that someone answered and when I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me Wasted over $40 on food and couldnt even get it fixed, so I couldn’t even eat my wrap and was cut on my 6 piec... read more
