Although the food seem to be fresh m, the order included slaw, which was not included and the drinks had ice when we requested no ice. Also we requested curbside side but we had to go in to pick up which the order was just sitting there. (We have no problem picking it up inside if we were made aware). They need to improve on customer service and order accuracy.
I ordered 2 meals off the mobile app and they messed up the entire order, forgot my drink and messed up both milkshakes and refused to fix them If I’m gonna spend twice the money on the food service should reflect Management is clearly not managing
On my way to the georgia aquarium, zaxby's was a must have
5 finger plate was 13 bucks - 30 bucks to take my kid to lunch. Fingers were the size of nuggets and we left HUNGRY! (No, we are not typical American heavyweights). Cheaper to go get better food at a sit down restaurant and leave FULL. The Fairburn location is poorly run with dirty - tables and the drink station was a disaster. Zaxby’s was a favorite and now I’m done with it if today is the trajectory of the restaurant.
