If you order delivery they WILL send your order incorrectly. They leave out drinks, don’t include sides, put incorrect sides in the box, put incorrect number of tenders in box, and more. Has happened every time I’ve ordered. Do not order from this location

Im a truck driver parked at the truckstop behind them. Their dining room is closed for some reason and I was told unless I could drive thru they couldn't help me. Didn't offer to let me call in an order or anything else. Just rude. Limited options here or I wouldn't have went there anyway.
Such a disgusting location. I don’t recommend it, if your are planning to get zaxby’s, just go to somewhere else. The manager on duty right now (10/09, closing shift) was so disrespectful. Not just to us, but I saw how she talked to another women. She’s being rude, not helpful at all. The employees are scared to bother her and ask her questions. Please don’t hire this type of people. It just makes it so uncomfortable to come here.
We received exceptional service from Ryan. He was friendly and made us want to return just for his service. Made my birthday special with his kindness
