I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I do not live in this area and was only visiting to spend time with family, but decided to stop by the drive-thru to grab a quick meal. After leaving, I began eating my fries, and when I got to the chicken, it was clearly old, dry, and not freshly made. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and it was hardly any. They also reused old chicken for my sandwich as it was dry and small.

Stopped in for lunch. Service was great and food was served quickly. Enjoyed the Buffalo Boneless wings meal and my grandson got the bacon chicken sandwich.

Highly upsetting because I actually love their chicken, so I’m going to assume it’s just this location. Unfortunately, this is my third bad experience here. The first time, my food had hair in it. I returned it and they did replace it with new food, which I appreciated. The second time, my fries were so over-seasoned it tasted like the entire container of seasoning salt had been poured on them. They were completely inedible. Went here after the disastrous wendies down the street and it was definitely an upgrade. The store was very well put together and had plenty of room for dine in. The food was good and the employee behind the counter was incredibly informative, I believe his name was Devion or something along those lines. Either way, good location, good food.
