Zaxbys has never disappointed!
They need to hire new management because they're always out of something. always order the most wanted products with the intent of high demand. How are you out of zax sauce? that would be something id assume youd need a lot of. normally the wait is pretty long in the drive through unless they don't have anything then it moves smooth. they continue to disappoint this just happens to be the first time I've actually felt it was necessary to complain. stopped by for a quick bite and was refused entry. doors were locked an hour after opening and workers were visibly hiding from us pulling at the doors. we went through the drive through and they wouldn’t acknowledge our presence until our third time trying to order. when we got to the window to get our food they said nothing the entire time except for the total price. also forgot zax sauce, debatably the worst part. left us in near tears. food mid.
