I had a really frustrating experience at Zaxby’s during the night shift. I placed an online order that included a frozen lemonade, and when I got to the drive-thru, the employee already had an attitude and told me the machine was down. That’s fine—but no one offered a solution or even mentioned a refund until I brought up the fact that I already paid $4.50 for the drink. I have never been as impressed with a Zaxby’s more than I was at this location tonight. Everything was perfect - service was fast, store was properly staffed, employees were friendly, food was hot and fresh. 10/10 experience.
Every time I go to this place, they either miss one of my items never include any sauce or utensils. It’s ridiculous. And I pay for extra side and sauces this time and that and 2 of my loadeds Fries are missing and the person was taking orders was rude
