I like This location, I really Do. The food is always hot and fresh, and the people are always nice. But I be Damned if EVERY SINGLE TIME I go, they forget something in my bag!!! Like dang, why should I have To check my bag for what I PAID FOR??? It’s always the extras, our cookies, the sauces, extra bread. The food is good but the customer service is lacking. I avoid the night shift because they always have attitudes or act like you’re bothering them.
The food is good, sometimes too salty but not the worst. Service is inconsistent. When I attempted to voice a concern, the available manager, Justin, did not care to listen.
This restaurant is not helpful for Uber eats drivers. They make delivery drivers wait in the regular customer line even when orders are already placed. It's very inconvenient and waste time since we have to wait behind people who are still ordering or waiting for food to be cooked.
