Loud and hot in dining area. Food was typical Zaxbys
I placed an order online and specifically asked not to include the bread, but to add coleslaw instead. Unfortunately, they did the opposite—bread was included, and no coleslaw. This is the second time my order has been messed up. Just the other day, they gave me someone else’s food, and I didn’t realize until I was already at work—10 minutes away. Please read the orders carefully. Is anyone even checking these, or is it all automated? Order Date: 7/18/2025, 2:25 PM.
Good chicken
First I noticed wasn't nobody there drive thru or inside But I tried it anyway smh, The tenders was so freaking hard and little everything else was ok...I thought by me being the only one there I was gone get good service but no I would never go back or I wouldn't recommend it..Now I know why nobody wasn't there!
I ordered the fried pickles in the drive thru. When I got home and opened the box, they were over fried breading. Not one of them were edible. It was just crunch and no pickles. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing they served this.
