Stopped here on our way home from SC to TN. I have dietary restrictions so brought in my own dish but the rest of my family are there. I accidentally dropped my glass dish and pieces shattered everywhere. The workers were incredibly friendly and helpful, not upset at all about the extra clean up. Waited in the drive through-thru for over 30 minutes. Got my order and they didn’t get it right. Slowest service in Spartanburg.
I spent almost $60 on a DoorDash delivery and I got a big pack with bread, chicken tenders and fries. I got a gallon of tea and I got cheesecake bites, when my order was delivered there was no sauce at all even though I ordered all Zax sauce with extra sauce my order came to my home with no sauce. Even though in the box there's the little bitty containers where you put the sauce there was no sauce. What is a zaxby's chicken tender without Zax sauce??
