This place needs to be temporarily shut down. The staff is extremely unprofessional, there are arguments happening in front of customers, and proper hygiene protocols are not being followed (e.g., no hair nets). This creates a hazardous environment.
I food through the Zaxby’s app. When my son and his friend went to pick it up, they forgot to pack one of the entree salads, one of side salads, none of the extra sauces I ordered and paid for, and shorted me 2 wings in my 10pc order. I stopped going this store for poor service, and they seemed to be getting better reviews. MY MISTAKE!! Still more of the same. Will travel a little further and avoid this store altogether.
