I order Zaxby’s quite often. I get a few 1000 pts every other month. The last 3 out of 5 times I’ve went to this location, they’ve always got my mobile order wrong. They always give me boneless when I ask for traditional or the incorrect sauce on my wings. It seems like it’s mostly teenagers working, which isn’t a problem. Nevertheless, the lack of attention is. One time my order was wrong, they took the plate back and put wings in the box with sauce on top. I probably will not go back to this location unfortunately.
I had tried Zaxbys several yrs ago and have to admit, I was so un-impressed I never went back. So here we are in Moody, Ala and decided to give them a second chance since my wife is a fan of them. We both ordered the Zax Pack. Mine was tossed in the Torched Toungue sauce and I had a some addition Ranch (for the fries) and a spicy Zac sauce. I will start with the young man taking our order. My wife went and got 2 zaxby chicken snacks and the fries were almost raw. When called to talk to the manager it was no help. Hire professionals.
