We ordered three grilled chicken sandwich meals. All three sandwichs were not edible! They definitely were not grilled. The worst chicken sandwich we ever tried to eat. The top and bottom bun were extremely soggy. The French fries were cold and also not edible. $30 wasted and were left to go buy dinner somewhere else.
I wish I could give a zero, we ordered a family platter and waited. I spent 50$ and the explanation for the long wait was to serve the people behind me….. what???? Why offer a family meal deal!!!! I should have orders 4 plates and spent more money the food would have been there immediately…. Then when I ask for a refund the manager gives me the biggest attitude… walks out back and what do you know now they have the food and it’s cold….. cold… I waited for 30 mins for cold chicken…. Not as good as I expected.
Very good food, everything was fresh and hot. I don't usually go to zaxby's but it was on the way and it was really good!!
