I had ordered from this location back in August and ordered 3 salads and 1 was missing unfortunately. Because I ordered online I had to call customer service and request a refund but was never able to get through to someone. Today I was in the area and thought to call and see if I could just pick up my missing salad (months later I know) I wasn’t expecting to be able to do so because it’s been so long which was my fault but the phone was answered by John whose customer service skills were 10/10 from the start! Food cold
Got wings,fries and a milkshake. The wings sucked... without sauce. The milkshake was good, though. 4 out of 5 stars
We ordered at Drive thru were told to go to 1st window no one was there. The girl who should had been there was at second window fooling around. We ordered a milkshake she overfilled it and didn't put the lid on and showed her dismay. She was rude. Needless to say the milkshake went everywhere. We won't be back.
