If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We sat in the drive-thru line for almost 10 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. The first car took forever, and the second car was still allowed to order and get their food even after it turned 1am. Stay away from this location. After going through the drive-thru, I realized part of my order was missing. I returned to the drive-thru and was told to pull up and wait while they completed the order. After waiting more than 20 minutes, I went inside to follow up. I asked for the manager, I was not yelling but I was direct. At that point, another associate came from the back and began yelling at me, which unnecessarily escalated the situation.
