Edit sept 2026: Wait times have dramatically decreased and the food has been on point every time!! Very long wait times, incorrect orders, All the same complaints as everyone else. If you're going to charge for sauce, ask people if they would like extra sauce as they're paying. Pretty simple.
Enjoyed the chicken. Nice variety of chicken dishes.
This literally has got to be the worst Zaxbys around. There always messing up orders. The food quality is horrible.
