We just returned from a short trip to GA. We decided to pick up food at Zaxbys; the drive thru was extremely slow, so we went inside. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food. Other people would come in after us, and they would get their food. I finally found this young man who acted like he might be the manager, asked for a refund; a lady finally came back out of the kitchen. Said she would prepare our order. We will never try this restaurant again! An hour of my time, hoping that people would actually do their jobs
Very dirty … tray was dirty… bathrooms were dirty . Not a good atmosphere.
07/14/25 Update: I've been wondering why Zaxby's isn't as crowded as it once was. Stopped by drive-thru on way home. Girl taking payment was not courteous at all and she got the order wrong. Well, plenty of choices in T.R. I suggest you take Zaxby's off your list unless you want "chef's surprise" when you get home. Had a good experience at Zaxby's in TR. I went through the drive thru and everyone was pleasant. The order was accurate, and the food was good!
This location is continuously understaffed and can't handle the orders. Plan on waiting 20 minutes in the drive through.
