Check your order bc they can't seem to follow simple instructions... ordered chicken bacon ranch fries and you get tongue torch fries instead... not to mention didn't get any of the sauces that were supposed to come with the meals... ordered no oce on the drink and it is full of ice... wonder why people shouldn't make much per hour at fast food places this why they can't do the job

I ordered $30 of chicken finger plates, got home and the order was wrong. Upon returning to the store to fix the issue, the manager Nate was very understanding and offered a full refund or correct order. I just wanted my food, so he made sure the order was made fresh and it was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had from any Zaxby’s. 10/10 will visit again!

Angry staff that gets snappy on the drive through box (which admittedly is very poor quality,) long wait times, poor order accuracy. The guy in the picture was standing by the drive through soda fountain talking smack about me and others while the other guy had to take over handing out orders and doing other drive through duties.

Everything was good. But i asked and paid for 2 pieces of toast and they did not have Dr. Pepper tbey said it ran out. I have noticed if you order Uber Eats or go thru a drive thru you get whatever they have or want to give you. It seems i rarely get what i order. It seems they just dont care anymore
