Can be hit or miss. When ordering amd dining there, order is usually correct and food is hot and fresh. I mostly order to go, and nearly always have issues - food is either not ready while walking ins get their food first, wrong items in order, or food not placdd under "online ordering" sign. Had a terrible experience at Zaby’s. It took three different people to take our order, and each one kept walking off in the middle of it. When my food was ready, someone whistled at me instead of calling my name—completely disrespectful. The staff was careless and unprofessional. If this is the norm, they all need retraining or replacement. I won’t be back.
This place is trash. Literally, trash was everywhere. Associates looked like they could care less.
This was a terrible experience. My husband and I placed an online order and arrived to pick up our order. After scrambling to find the order that wasn't ready yet, we were told to park and some one would bring it to us. We sat parked exactly where she told us for over an hour while we watched no less than 20 people behind us get their food.
