The staff was very friendly but the chicken that we waited 40 mins for was so dry that it was the texture of cotton. Very disappointed when you think about the cost of Zaxbys. I didnt want to ask them to remake because they were doing their best with how busy it was and there was already an older woman giving them a hard time about what she ordered (ordered nuclear and then when it was handed to her she asked "is this going to be spicy?" and then demanded they give her something not spicy.)
