Took forever to get our food, more interested in getting door dash orders out. There were a bunch of us customers waiting. Probably just lost a lot of customers. Need to definitely ramp up there service satisfaction.
Foods ok, service is average. Never been inside, always hit the drive-thru.
I don’t know why I expected anything more from ya’ll. I ordered a Zaxbys plate and fried pickles. They pulled me up to drop the pickles. That’s fine, I opened the pickles and they were fried together in clumps. So one side was still half cooked. I was going to go in and complain but all they do is laugh at you when you do. They have the worst training ever. I only went back cause I thought they were under new management. But I will not come back. Guthries has better chicken.
