This team puts Chick-fil-A customer service to To shame! Skye, Zeph, and James are the kindest, most hard-working fast food employees I’ve ever met, and seeing them truly brightens my day every single time. My order is always correct, all the way down to the exact amount of sauce, every single time and it always comes out quickly as well. The restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean and they recently pre-painted the inside of the restaurant - it looks awesome. Thank you, Skye, Zeph, and James, for being the best!!!
My son and I stopped at Zaxby’s today for lunch. This location was very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful and the food was hot, fresh and delicious.
By far the best Zaxbys in town!
The manager was very rude I made my online order before I left my job and then I waited 45 minutes for my food and watched about four or five people get their food before me.
