The food had obviously been sitting and before they served it, they refried everything. The food was so tough and the fries were absolutely disgusting.
Today, I came to Zaxby’s with my son to celebrate after a good performance in his first soccer game of the fall season and both got a Big Zax Snak® Meal to go. We’ve been here many times and always look forward to the relaxed atmosphere and uniqueness of each experience.
This is the 3nd time I've gotten food from drive thru and the young cute Mexican girl is so rude and seems to hate her job. My son won't even go there if she's working and I will not neither. I'm in customer service and this is unacceptable. I don't know her name but I will find out. She worked Saturday night August 23nd. They need to let her go
