Zaxbys used to be a bit better inside. This one is cleanish. Tray was sticky. Bathrooms ok. Great service and food is terrific.
The food is 9/10 times hot, fresh and made correctly. Service is usually good. The facility is always dirty. Could someone please take the time to make this establishment cleaner? The windows need some TLC. Most window washers are 30-40 dollars and come out routinely and will take care of the bulk. Most of the time the tables & booths are covered in crumbs. This is when I’ve been in— even at 10:30 in the morning. Seems like yall have a good team, just need the leadership to care of the cleanliness.
Great food but they're usually very busy and so you have to wait a little bit.
