It’s always something with this location. I always place a mobile order to go in and grab and nearly every time, they have it ready but behind the counter and no one will turn around to acknowledge me. not only that, but you have to check your order every time because i just got all the way home only to see they gave us no sauce (we ordered 4!). Absolutely ridiculous. Time for management to do some retraining!
Hot, fresh delicious chicken straps, fries and slaw. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Friendly and efficient staff.
forgot my nibbler in my mobile order. had to walk back in and then when i got it it was COVERED in the wrong sauce. and the 4 finger plate i got had the smallest tenders so it doesn’t even fill up like a 4 piece should. thanks zaxby’s. 👍🏻 used points for that too EDIT august 1st: When i went again today to this location (even though i always have a bad experience here and i don’t mean to be dramatic, they handed me the wrong order after i told them the mobile name for it, and had to hand it back, and then they handed it ba... read more
I'm sorry but the restaurant is disgusting, there is trash, sauce and stickness all over the floor, tables and drink dispensers
