I’ve been going to this location for a while, and the food has been great, but as of recently, it has not been. The fries have been so hard and stale as if they’ve been left out. I came to this location earlier, and whoever came out to hand us our food did it so aggressively and left without saying anything. So displeased with our recent experiences. Not to mention I found hair in my food. Very disgusted.
Stayed nearby. So we walked over about 5:30pm and dined in. Order taken promptly went to get a table. Every table was dirty, trash overflowing in dining area. Wiped a table off with napkins. Called our name got our food. Food was hot and tasted fresh. Do to lack of cleanliness probably would not return if in the area again.
My first time at any Zaxby's. What have I been waiting for? The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and courteous. Across my stay I ate here several times and it was very consistent. Tables and chairs clean, trash cans tended to promptly, even during a bus rush. The food was very good. I recommend the fingers plate. Their coleslaw was wonderful. Would never take our order just let us stand there looking stupid while they worried about drive-through. Even took a guy‘s order that came in after us and then proceeded to just ignore us again. When I confronted them about it, he just made excuses rather than just saying sorry what can I get for you? Also, there’s probably not anyone above 17 working at that place and it ran accordingly.
