I place this order on DoorDash so I cannot account for the service or the atmosphere just the food quality that I received. I travelled to Nashville from DC just because and one night we didn’t wanna go out so we decided to order and I saw they had Zaxby’s. I haven’t had it in a while, but I remember it being really good when I had it in Virginia. Great food and great service!!
I had a really rough go around with DoorDash to get food, and it made me a bit emotional. However, I contacted DoorDash to get a refund and placed a mobile order with them because the cravings were intense. When I pulled up to the window, I believe it was the manager who was at the window. He was a bit older but super kind. He recognized my name and noted all the attempts of previous dashers lol.
