Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I arrive 8-10 minutes before closing and proceeded to the drive thru. While waiting, all the lights on exterior of the building and parking lot went off. As I proceeded to the speaker I was greeted with " Welcome to Zaxby's we closed." I replied to the young girl that I have been waiting 10 minutes. Her reply was you was not waiting no 10 minutes. I am typing these words exactly how they were spoken to me. It’s super clean in here and the Manager is amazing, I brought my daughter for the first time to a Zaxby’s and Im throughly impressed. Denise you deserve more than this review. Zaxby’s you gained a customer today.
I love going there to eat the food is always fresh and delicious, and the people are friendly☺️
I went to the window to pay and decided to add on a milkshake and the young girl asked her manager Tony if it could be added and he yell at her and said go ahead and add it then he continued to say customer’s know they want shit when they place orders at the speaker but we have to be nice because the window is open and yelled at her and said that’s why we always keep the window closed and then slammed the window closed. He was rude and unprofessional and that kind of behavior shouldn’t be allowed. He deserves to get FIRED!!!... read more
