Went to have the Asian chicken salad tonight. Have not been there in a year. The dining room was closed. multiple people while we were there in the drive-through which was long, tried to get in. In the shopping center they said they’re shorthanded and they only have one manager. I guess this is ordinary for this location. They’re all shorthanded. Now you cannot even eat inside. Went thru drive today ordered traditional wings and fries chicken looked old like x2 days or so... fried in old grease can make a person sick 😫 please change grease more often. I ended up throwing the chicken away because I had to get home.
I went through the drive-through and ordered boneless wings and paid for it. they had me pull over because they had to cook it and there was a few other cars behind me which wasn’t an issues. Someone comes out and hands me box that wasn’t in a bag and that box wasn’t even closed. Tonight my order was delivered. I had a 4 piece chicken finger plate with double slaw and toast. FYI, if a customer has two coleslaws one should go in each pocket inside the container and not with the chicken in the wing sauce. Very disappointed. Ordered one chicken dip today and when I got away from the restaurant that sucker was cold. Just reminded me of why I stop going to this particular location.SMDH
