Every time I go to this place and buy the chicken loaded fries, either 2 of them's right. And one of them's wrong or 2 of them's wrong and 1 of them's right. I just spent $50 today, and then neither one of them, all 3 of them was messed up in there. And then if you try to say something to Em, they just act really, really hateful to you, and don't do nothing about it, this place is the sorriest place I've ever seen in everything.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Zaxby’s. The customer service was unacceptable from start to finish. It took an unreasonable amount of time for someone to take my order, and when my food finally came out, the order was wrong. Today I ordered 20 wings sadly EACH & EVERY WING had tons of feathers on them. I called the restaurant spoke with a guy that claimed he was the manger he didn’t have a CARE in the world his response was the wings are coming from the manufacturing company like that and he would speak with the general manager. He didn’t apologize or anything ! This is ABSOLUTELY GROSS and I’m sure him nor the general manager wouldn’t eat this ever. I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location I will NOT be back.
When ordering my drink the lady paused and said “Well our drinks are flat, you still want it?” In what world would I want a flat drink? In what world is customer service acceptable to have an attitude with a paying customer over a mistake that’s on the employee to fix?????? No I don’t want a flat drink, so I said no.
