Nobody in this place has good customer service.. they don't know what thank you is. They give your food with "here you go" then my chicken fingers smelled like old grease.
Did an online order, “went big” and this is the amount of fries i received. With sauce all over the boxes, sauce spilled all in the bag, no straws, no forks, and no napkins, burnt boneless that were swimming in sauce, and hard fries, I also was told at 9:15/9:20 they were out of sweet tea, asked by a worker what other drink i would like and i told them a dr pepper and i received unsweetened tea… This is ridiculous… do better.
Zaxby's is extremely average. The epitome of mediocrity. You can absolutely buy fried chicken here, although you'd probably be better off going across the street.
