Always friendly at this location. Food has been great every visit.
I received a wrong order and manager saw me at window and no one was waiting. He took his time coming to the window and approached the window with an attitude and didn’t say anything to me he just looked at me and I began to explain about my order as I held the bag out to him. He then asked for my receipt in which I explained that the order did not match the receipt. The young lady who replaced my order apologized it not the manager. The new milkshake was amazing. It was made when I got there. Very Very hood would recommend. Love the peach and cream milkshake.
This is hands down the best Zaxby’s! The service is easily 10x faster than anywhere else around. Rachel, the manager, was incredibly kind and checked on our table twice while we dined in to make sure we had everything we needed. She even grabbed me a refill. Outstanding experience!
