Nicholas gave me superstar customer service he Wood. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was patient kind and detail oriented and made sure my order was correct. The food is always good and the customer service was even better .
My boyfriend and I dined in for the first time ever at this location, excellent customer service from the Assistant Manager Nicholas!! He was extremely friendly & made sure our order was perfect, which it was! Thank you Nicholas, Zaxby’s needs more employees like you!!!!
Prices on menu do not match receipt. I sent an email and haven't received any response. Surprise drink upcharge on 2 out of 3 drinks as well.
This location has really gone down hill. We eat from here probably once a week or every other week. Recently they have gotten super slow and manage to completely lose orders so it takes nearly an hour to get food. Management needs to put in a little more work and to also get rid of the slacker employees because there are always a ton of workers but somehow only a couple actually working.
