Wait more than 30 minutes for an order that I had already made in advance, the employees showed no greater interest in taking out the order on time

Went here two days in a row because i was working very close. First day i sat in order line for ten minutes before getting my order taken. 10 minutes before I got my food after that. So after 20 mins i got cold chicken and fries because it sat on the order wall for a while before they handed it out. 2nd day i went i could sense more of the same and left a few minutes after realizing no one was taking orders.
