My guest ate here, I didn't have anything. That's the only reason I can't comment on the food.
On Saturday 9/13/25 at 4:14 pm, I went through the drive thru. It was taking quite awhile. When I got to the window the nicest young lady greeted me with a friendly smile. As I waited I noticed that she was not only waiting on the drive thru customers but also the customers inside the restaurant. Her name is Anyri. She was fantastic!! She was extremely busy but still managed to keep her cool and make sure she took care of her customers to the best of her ability! I’ve been dining here about once per week for about 5 years and it has been on a steady downhill trajectory for at least 2 of those years. The floor is sticky. The drink stations are a mess. Seems like they refill the soda machine at 11:15, right as lunch rush kicks off. If counter service isn’t slow then it’s non existent. Lucky if you get your sauces.
Says they’re open till 11. Placed an online order to pick up at 10:30 assuming they would be open as reflected on the online hours. Arrived at 10:30 to the doors locked. My account was still charged for the food i never received. Now it’s the next day and nobody will answer the phone. I want my money back???
