1 Star Absolutely ridiculous service. I placed an order for curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready at 7:15 PM. I followed directions, parked, and waited… and waited… and waited. NO ONE ever came out with my food. I sat there for 45 minutes until 8:00 PM before anyone even acknowledged me. What is the point of curbside if you’re going to ignore your customers completely? If I wanted to be treated like I didn’t exist, I could’ve just stayed home hungry. Do better, Zaxby’s.
I don't know what has happened at this location in the last 3 weeks or so, but I started going here regularly when the Church Street Bridge construction made getting to the Church Street location difficult beginning in April. They were so fast and friendly and I really never had to wait. I had the pleasure of eating at Zaxbys on Laurens Road today. I was greeted when I arrived by a young man name JORDAN! I was impressed by his professionalism, his attitude and respect towards me and his accuracy of my order! This young man was kind friendly and very polite. I appreciate good service when I see it.
