It was empty when I went in the guy in the front was so sweet I haven’t been to Zaxbys in years and he helped me food was fresh and so good definitely going back!
Really good meal. Great chicken fingers, fries, and Texas Toast. Friendly and fast service. Soda machine wasn't putting out syrup. I just muddled through without it, but my friend asked the counter for a new drink and was given one. Overall, I will be back.
I was visiting from Washington, DC, where we don’t have Zaxby’s, so I was excited to learn that my hotel for the week was right next door. The restaurant was clean, and once I got my food, it was fresh and tasted great. Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t match the quality of the food.
